Field Merchandiser Pay Rate: $21.86 + mileage reimbursement Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, tuition reimbursement & employee discounts. Employment Type: Temp - Hire Schedule: Overtime is a requirement based on territory demands. Travel: This requires travel to stores daily utilizing your own vehicle. This person would need to be able to cover Greensboro/Winston-Salem as well as drive to other locations including Raleigh, Charlotte, and Wilmington with a potential overnight of 1 or 2 nights during the week. Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Field Representative to work on-site with our client, a top-tier millwork and building products company. Responsible for learning and performing in-store service, managing inventory replenishment (ordering and stocking), generating weekly credits and providing exceptional customer service within a defined territory inside high volume national account stores.
STRAIGHTENING STOCK: STOCKING: Packing out any freight in overhead and incoming freight from the previous weeks order.
Removing damaged/unsellable material and issuing credit electronically.
MERCHANDISING: Replenish inventory according to published guidelines.
CUSTOMER INTERACTION: Build strong dependable relationships with store management and associates.
PROJECTS AND TASKS: Merchandising projects and tasks will be assigned by area manager.
Complete tasks, projects and resets of Woodgrain products in stores.
College Graduate OR High school level plus one to three years relevant or prior experience.
The ideal candidate must be willing to relocate upon satisfactory completion of the training program.
