The Program support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. data management, metrics and reporting, and process definition and improvement. Scheduling and tracking projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers and Program / Operations staff.

Data entry, gathering and tracking data, and assuring data quality.

0-2 years’ experience in a customer facing role

Experience working with Microsoft Suite

Bachelor’s degree preferred
