Senior Integration/Test Engineering

We require a bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or mathematics; We are looking for 15+ years of experience in a technical environment, primarily in test engineering.

We need experience leading developmental test and evaluation, factory acceptance testing (FAT), and site acceptance testing (SAT).

We expect a strong background in radar hardware, software, and system integration and test work.

Familiarity with C++, Linux, and/or digital hardware is important.

Experience using MATLAB for tool development and systems analysis is preferred.

Knowledge of configuration management, quality assurance, requirements management systems, and automated testing tools is needed.

Experience preparing cost-effective estimates for schedule, labor, and equipment supporting integration and test efforts is expected.

Willingness to travel up to 10% in support of program and business needs is required.

Understanding of control, repeatability, and risk management, with proactive action, is important.

Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate integration and test material clearly in group settings are required.

We need someone who can multitask effectively and perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills are required, along with the ability to work respectfully with coworkers, customers, vendors, and subcontractors.

We expect a high standard of quality and careful attention to detail.

S. citizenship, permanent residency, or protected individual status as defined by law is required.

We provide technical direction and coaching to less experienced engineers.

We support schedule planning and cost management.

We perform hardware, software, and system integration, including anomaly troubleshooting.

We work with subject matter experts to interpret customer needs and define test success criteria.

We develop, document, and execute test strategies and procedures for formal selloff with customer witnesses.

We analyze data, prepare briefings, and produce test reports.
