What does a Front Desk Receptionist do?

The Front Desk Receptionist at the Paul Nigra Center for Creative Arts will greet and log visitors; issue badges and arrange for escorts when necessary. They will relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls. They will perform other administrative functions as needed.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Excellent communication skills are required.

Familiarity with standard office equipment (computer, multi-line telephone, fax, copier, scanner, postage meter, etc.)

Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters relating to employees, people we support, and their families.

Must have reliable transportation, with ability to work at various program sites as needed.
