With offices across North Carolina, the Triangle region is seeking an Advance Practice Provider to join their team at our Burlington office. T he Physician Assistant or NP role is trained and licensed to assist the supervising physician by performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, collecting and organizing historical and physical data, and exercising a degree of independent judgment in determining appropriate treatments and dispositions. The schedule for this position consists of 12-hour shifts from Friday through Sunday.

Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program

Medical training from an approved program

At least two years of experience as a Physician Assistant

Good knowledge of medical office software such as but not limited to Microsoft Word, Outlook, and medical practice software

Knowledge of medical terminology

Performing diagnostic procedures such as, but not limited to, physical examination, phlebotomy, catheterization, joint injections and aspirations and administering of vaccines

Telephone contact with patients as appropriate.

Intermittent OR, UC, and other clinic coverage required.
