TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Hartford, Connecticut, 06105!

Med/Surg/Tele Registered Nurse
Contract | Full-Time | Days | Every Other Weekend
Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg/Telemetry unit setting
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond to changes in patient condition
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions per physician orders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Connecticut or compact eligibility
Experience in a Med/Surg or Telemetry nursing environment
Prior experience with cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation
Opportunity to work in a dynamic acute care environment with a consistent schedule
