Key Responsibilities of the Nurse Coordinator/Navigator

Coordinate and navigate patient care for oncology clinic
Ensure treatment plans are executed effectively
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
Manage patient records using Epic EMR
Educate patients and families about treatment options and care processes

Requirements of the Nurse Coordinator/Navigator

RN license in MA
BLS-AHA certification
Experience in oncology nursing
Epic EMR proficiency
Chemo biotherapy certification highly preferred
