Recruiter (College Recruitment)

We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced College Recruiter to work at a premier auto manufacturer in Marysville, OH . Pay: $35 - $40/hr

Travel required to support college recruiting activities, career fairs, campus events, and hiring initiatives both in-state and out-of-state.

Average of 2-3 recruiting trips during the fall, 2-3 trips during the spring, and 1-2 trips during the summer.

Participate in exciting recruiting events and initiatives that shape the future workforce.

Managing the full-cycle recruiting process for co-op, internship, and entry-level hiring needs across multiple business areas.

Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for recurring co-op, internship, and entry-level positions.

Have 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in college, university, internship, co-op, or entry-level recruiting programs.

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or possess equivalent professional experience.

Demonstrate strong communication, relationship‑building, organizational, and project management skills.
