Comfort Systems USA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and workforce development initiatives.
Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts
Support payroll and benefits administration
Manage employee relations and workplace investigations
Guide performance management and disciplinary processes
Support FMLA, ADA, and leave administration
Analyze compensation data and market trends
Conduct onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
Ensure HR compliance and policy adherence
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of Human Resources experience
Strong recruiting and talent acquisition background
Experience with employee relations and performance management
Knowledge of employment law and compliance
Excellent communication and organizational skills
$80,000 - $90,000 annual salary
