Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Adams Lane Healthcare & Rehabilitation. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well‑being while contributing to our mission of family‑focused care.

Starting pay for this position, based on experience , is $28.50 to $30 an hour for LPNs and $35 an hour for RNs PLUS Shift Differential of additional $.50 11p- 7a when you work the night shift!

The typical schedule for this opportunity is Two(2) 12‑hour shifts a week 7p-7a. The standard schedule for this position includes an every other weekend rotation. In addition to our current part‑time opportunity, we also have flexible employment options available including Full Time, PRN, and a great Weekend Warrior program! Part Time Benefits include but are not limited to: 401K with company matching starting after 90 days

Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.

Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.

Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.

Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.

Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.

Requirements Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.

Experience in Long Term Care, Behavioral Health or Acute Care preferred.

Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Point Click Care is a plus
