Parts Counter Customer Service - Full Time

Velocity Truck Rental & Leasing (VTRL) is looking for a Parts Coordinator to join our team for the following hours: Monday-Friday between 7:00am-3:30pm!

Base Pay: $25-$28 hourly (depending on experience and qualifications)

As a Parts Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining accurate records. With your keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing inventory processes and supporting various departments to achieve operational excellence.

Verify and document parts deliveries accurately

Maintain meticulous inventory records

Ensure strict adherence to company policies and safety regulations

Proactively monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages

At least 1 year of experience in parts/inventory management

At least 1 year of administrative experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service
