A leading, employee-focused construction organization is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support large-scale Mission Critical, Data Center, Advanced Manufacturing, and Industrial projects throughout the United States.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead electrical engineering and construction activities throughout the project lifecycle
Review electrical systems and provide technical recommendations during design and construction
Develop electrical estimates, budgets, and preconstruction support documentation
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and equipment vendors
Support constructability reviews and value engineering initiatives
Participate in electrical equipment procurement and scope development
Conduct field inspections and support quality assurance and quality control efforts
Lead commissioning activities, functional testing, and project turnover processes
Provide electrical sequencing and scheduling input to support successful project delivery
Mentor junior engineers and support team development
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business development activities

Desired Background
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
Experience supporting large commercial, industrial, manufacturing, Mission Critical, or data center projects
Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems, switchgear, generators, UPS systems, and critical power infrastructure
Experience with commissioning, startup, testing, and electrical system turnover
Knowledge of construction processes, estimating, scheduling, and project execution
Experience reviewing construction documents, shop drawings, and technical specifications
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment
Preferred Experience
Mission Critical or Data Center project experience
Advanced Manufacturing or Semiconductor project experience
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Experience with BIM, Revit, Navisworks, or related construction technologies
