The Licensed Optician delivers the brand value proposition and helps establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for all vision needs within the community. Welcome all customers, set expectations with customers

Take and record measurements, accurately adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail, ensure finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs

Use technology accurately and thoroughly despite time pressure and customer volume; Be proactive, explore root causes of issues, forward‑thinking, ensure customers are satisfied and expectations are exceeded, solution‑driven

Strive to achieve exceptional results on brand KPIs and competencies

Take pride in store appearance, help keep the store clean, attractive and organized

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions and inventory management

High School graduate or equivalent

Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener and team builder

Knowledge of current store merchandise

Familiarity with POS, computers and calculators

Previous customer service and retail experience

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first‑class total rewards package.
