Head of Organisational Development

Timbers Company is seeking an experienced Development Director to lead luxury real estate projects from concept through completion. In this role, you’ll shape high‑end destinations, guide cross‑functional teams, and influence the creation of iconic boutique hotels, residence clubs, and resort communities.

Lead full‑cycle development: site selection, due diligence, land assemblage, acquisition, feasibility, planning, entitlements, and permitting.

Support financial modeling and pro forma development.

Manage proposals, bids, and solicitation materials.

Conduct site visits, market research, and due diligence.

Prepare debt and equity financing applications and closing documentation.

Coordinate construction administration and document flow.

Collaborate with property management and sales teams during development and transition phases.

Support business development, staff training, and recruitment.

Bachelor’s degree (preferred: real estate, urban planning, architecture, business, finance).

• 7+ years of progressive real estate development experience; Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Based full‑time in Winter Park, FL.
