Full Time Litigation Paralegal

Contract Length: End of Year (5+ months)

In-Office with Hybrid Option

Bring your litigation experience to a well-respected Seattle law firm on a temporary basis. The firm represents clients in commercial real estate, construction, business, and civil litigation matters, and is looking for someone who can confidently manage litigation support from case inception through trial preparation.

This is a great opportunity for a litigation paralegal who enjoys working in a fast-paced legal environment and can make an immediate impact. If an upcoming trial proceeds, full-time onsite attendance will be required throughout the trial.

Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:

Partner with attorneys throughout all phases of commercial and civil litigation matters

Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery documents, subpoenas, and legal correspondence

Track litigation deadlines, hearings, court appearances, and filing requirements

Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and litigation documents

Assist with document review, e-discovery, and privilege log preparation

Provide overall case management and administrative support throughout the litigation process

Litigation Paralegal Qualifications:

Previous experience supporting attorneys in commercial, construction, business, or civil litigation

Experience preparing and filing legal documents through state e-filing systems

Strong written communication and legal drafting abilities

Familiarity with local court procedures in King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties preferred
