Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Wall Township, New Jersey.

Job Description & Requirements
Make a real difference as a travel PTA. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities
As a travel Physical Therapy Assistant, you will execute assignments in a skilled nursing facility, following established treatment plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and providing care to geriatric or medically complex populations.

Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.

Active New Jersey PTA license required to start the assignment.

BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.

Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long‑term care setting preferred.

Client requires experience providing care in geriatric or medically complex populations preferred.

Ability to follow established treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.

Shift Name: Days.

Shift Details: Days 0830‑1630.

Shift Pattern: 5x8.
