The role involves facilitating transfers for patients from hospitals. This position does not include direct or hands-on patient care. Responsibilities include performing patient assessments and gathering clinical information. The RN will communicate with accepting physicians and specialists to secure bed placement. This position requires effective management of multiple patient cases concurrently. Experience with tele-tracking systems is required to properly manage bed requests. The RN must be available to work on weekends and holidays as needed.

Scrubs may be worn in any clean and professional color. Candidates should expect a general orientation followed by department-specific training. RTO should be limited, as accommodations are rarely available. The work environment will have free onsite EV charging available.
