Estimator - Construction Subcontractor

The Role The Estimator will support and work with pre-construction/business development staff in the review of project plans, requirements and specifications. The Estimator shall perform quantity take-offs, pricing, and bidding of construction projects and have knowledge of construction costs and principles while adhering to Willmeng’s quality standards and client satisfaction.
What you will accomplish Create conceptual and detailed budgets independently without relying on subcontractors.
Collaborate with architects, owners, and operations teams to refine budgets throughout the design process.
Maintain accuracy while handling numerous projects concurrently.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project).
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM software.
Experience with OnScreen Take-off, Excel macros, and other estimating software.
