Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited school of practical/vocational nursing and holds a current Arizona RN Nursing license, in good standing

A minimum of two years’ experience preferred. Previous experience in a psychiatric or adolescent setting is beneficial.

Ability to pass background check and obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card

Must be at least 21

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

Assures for safe administration of medication.

Participates as a member of the multi-disciplinary team.

Participates in management of client's chart

Provides health services for clients.

Maintains an employee health service.

Responsible for required documentation and the maintenance of client's medical chart.

Mingus Mountain Youth Treatment Center (MMYTC) is a nonprofit residential behavioral health treatment center serving adolescents with serious emotional, behavioral, and substance use disorders. Located in Arizona, we provide structured, trauma-informed, and clinically sophisticated care for youth who require intensive therapeutic support. MMYTC staff routinely treat vulnerable youth who have survived abuse, neglect and exploitation in their communities, which provides a unique opportunity for staff to provide life-saving care.
