Greet customers and gather vehicle information
- Document vehicle concerns and symptoms
- Provide accurate estimates for parts and labor
- Monitor repair progress and update customers
- Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance

1+ year Service Advisor experience preferred
- Automotive dealership knowledge
- Strong communication and customer service skills
