Dental Hygienist (Full-Time) Tech Dentistry

Tom Rolfes are seeking a long-term, experienced, motivated, and team-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join their private, one-location restorative and comprehensive dental practice in Costa Mesa.
They are a high-end, fee-for-service practice with no HMO involvement, focused on exceptional patient care, advanced restorative dentistry, and long-term patient relationships. Their office combines modern technology, a collaborative culture, and a genuine passion for patient health and wellness.

Comprehensive restorative and cosmetic dentistry

Modern digital workflow and paperless systems
Strong focus on periodontal health and whole-body wellness
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in California
Minimum 2 years of hygiene experience preferred
Comfortable with digital workflows and paperless charting
Recent graduates may be considered, though experience is preferred
Educate patients on oral-systemic health
Assist with maintaining hygiene supplies and operatory readiness
Schedule & Office Hours
Full-time

Monday – Wednesday, one Friday a month 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
