Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for an 8-week travel assignment, beginning as soon as possible. This position involves working night shifts with alternating weekends.
Work Schedule:
Shift: Nights (7 PM - 7 AM)
Alternating weekends included
Responsibilities:
Assessing and monitoring patient conditions throughout their stay.
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educating patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
Qualifications:
Current BLS certification required.
Experience with Cerner electronic health record system preferred.
Permanent address must be over 50 miles from the facility.
Patient-to-nurse ratio is 6:1.
