This travel assignment involves providing comprehensive home care services to patients with diverse medical needs, ensuring their health and well-being in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel

Provide home care to patients with various medical diagnoses, including wound care, ostomy care, diabetes management, and more
Perform blood draws and manage devices such as PICC lines and nephrostomy tubes
Effectively manage care for up to 6 patients per day
Travel within Ulster & Dutchess Counties, up to 75 miles per day, with mileage reimbursement
Practice independently in all types of patient homes

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• NY RN License
• BLS certification
• 1-3 years of home care experience
• 1 year of recent clinical experience
• Ability to travel with a working vehicle in good condition
• Physical capability to exert up to 125 lbs. force
