Shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shiftsWeekend differential: $1.50 for hours worked on Saturday and SundayAdditional shifts differential: Extra $5.00/hour for any shifts worked outside scheduled hours 24 hours+Available shifts:3pm-11pm- 24 hoursPer diemResponsibilities: The LPN Charge Nurse plays a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing nursing services for assigned residents. This includes adhering to quality care standards, facility policies, legal requirements, medical practices, and physician instructions.LPN Key Duties:Efficiently plans and provides professional care while aligning with the needs of residents and the changing medical landscape.Maintains professionalism in interactions with residents, physicians, families, peers, and support staff.Documents crucial information related to resident care accurately and comprehensively.Administers prescribed medications and oversees accurate record-keeping in line with facility policies.LPN Requirements:Valid state LPN nursing license in good standing (or in the process of becoming a registered nurse).In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and long-term care regulations.Collaborative team player with previous experience in long-term care preferred.Additional Expectations: All LPN positions require weekend and on-call rotation to support both staff and residents.
