Life Insurance Sales Professional (Full Time)

Responsibilities

Create tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profiles

Set meetings with new and potential clients to listen to their needs, taking into account their financial statuses and stage‑of‑life priorities, and present insurance plan options tailored to their individual circumstances

Update bookkeeping systems, customer records, and sales databases to report monthly and/or quarterly progress to stakeholders

Continue education on evolving insurance industry protocols to adequately fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims to customers’ satisfaction

Maintain and grow existing portfolios by developing and implementing effective and attentive sales strategies that cultivate long‑term customer loyalty

Qualifications

Excellent communication, customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills

Some computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office

Insurance license required

Working knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance products, risk management profiles, and related state and federal regulations

Some experience with accounting or sales lead software is beneficial

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and trust‑building

Ability to stay informed about industry trends and regulatory requirements

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and documentation efficiently

Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems to enhance client engagement and sales processes

Compensation

$75,000 - $100,000 yearly
