Dishwasher- Full Time and Part Time- AM SHIFT

Responsibilities

Wash all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in a timely manner

Clean cooking and prep stations to help keep service running efficiently

Maintain the cleanliness of equipment, refrigeration units, tables, and work areas, including scheduled deep cleaning

Clean and maintain front-of-house areas and exterior areas as needed

Follow all local health department requirements and food-safety regulations

Complete all opening and closing responsibilities

Assist with general tasks as directed by the Kitchen Manager or Chef

Help train new dishwashers when needed

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Provide flexibility in covering open shifts when available

Qualifications

At least one year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or similar environment

Working knowledge of a commercial dishwasher

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Clear communication with managers and both kitchen and front-of-house team members

Ability to stand for up to eight hours and lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to go up and down stairs frequently throughout the shift

Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive attitude during busy service periods
