FULL TIME Associate Attorney

Our Chicago office is growing, and we’re looking for motivated Associate Attorneys ready to launch their litigation careers. This newly structured position provides hands‑on experience, consistent mentorship, and a clear development path designed to help attorneys build confidence and momentum.
As a full‑time Associate Attorney in our Chicago office, you’ll work closely with experienced litigators on an established and growing practice, gaining practical, hands‑on experience while building the skills needed for long‑term success. Role: Litigation Associate Attorney
Salary: Salary commensurate with experience, plus bonus consideration.
As an Associate Attorney you will be given immediate responsibility, consistent with your experience level, and become an integral part of a collegial team with a growing book of business.

Associate attorneys are involved in all aspects of our practice, including pre‑lawsuit investigation; case analysis; analysis and litigation of insurance coverage matters; and legal research and writing on a wide variety of issues.
Attorney Qualifications:
1+ years of litigation experience is preferred but not required
Strong work ethic, motivation, effective project management and creative thinking are expected
Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
