SummitWest Care is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a true PRN home health role . This role is ideal for SLPs who already balance multiple roles and want flexible, meaningful work without guaranteed hours.
Provide speech therapy services in patients' homes
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and caregivers
Complete timely documentation in our EMR (training provided)
Home health happens in real homes.

Active Colorado SLP license
CCC-SLP preferred, not required
