We're partnering with a leading commercial glazing contractor seeking a talented Estimator to join their growing preconstruction team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile commercial projects across healthcare, higher education, corporate, mixed-use, and institutional sectors while collaborating with engineering, operations, project management, and field installation teams.
What You'll Be Doing Review architectural drawings, specifications, and contract documents
Curtain Wall Systems
Windows & Entrances

Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
Develop labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing
Analyze project risks, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities
Coordinate with engineering, operations, and project management teams throughout the preconstruction process
Support design‑assist and negotiated project pursuits
What We’re Looking For 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial glazing, curtain wall, storefront, façade, or building envelope construction
Strong understanding of commercial construction documents, drawings, and specifications
Windows & Entrances
Higher Education Facilities
Commercial Office Buildings
Design‑Assist Projects
Software Experience Preferred On‑Screen Takeoff (OST)
Microsoft Excel
AutoCAD
Revit
BIM Coordination Software
