Licensed Practical Nurse
Pay: 32 to 36 per hour
Our client is currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their in-home nursing team on a part-time basis. This role is critical in providing high-quality care directly to pediatric patients within their homes.
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Record and monitor vital signs, ensuring the health and safety of patients.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and evaluate patient care.
Educate patients and their families on health care procedures and treatment plans.
Ensure strict compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
Must hold an active LPN license in the state of Georgia.
Proven experience in a direct patient care setting, with strong clinical skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology and routine medical procedures.
Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to patient care.
Proficiency in using electronic health records.
