Primary Responsibilities

Contribute to process improvement efforts
Promotion of Pogue Core Values
Performance Appraisals and Salary Reviews for assigned Estimators I & II
CSP's and Hard Bids

Preparation of Spec Section Matrix
Preparation of Call List
Recruitment of Sub/Vendor Bidders
Quantity takeoff for all trades
Project specific scope for all trades and Tab sheets
Preparation of Google Sheet Sum Form
Bid Day Room setup
Prepare first pass at General Conditions Estimate
Tabulate portion of trades on Bid Day
CM@ Risk Projects

Preparation of Project-specific Bid Tabs to publish bidders
Conduct Pre-Bid Conference
Preparation of Pogue Self-performance Estimate
Participation in Bid Day prep and presentation to Owner
Scope verification conversations with Bidders post-Bid Day
Compilation of all portions final GMP pricing booklet
Coordination with Field Ops to present the GMP to the Owner
Final turnover of Field Ops for construction
Conceptual Estimating

• Bachelors Degree
• 8-15 years verifiable experience on the Contractor side as a commercial Estimator
• 4+ Years average tenure at each prior employer

Knowledge of DFW and/or HOU Markets
K-12 Experience preferred
Experience in Project Management role preferred
