As an Architectural Job Captain, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of healthcare projects, including hospitals, medical office buildings, clinics, surgical centers, and other highly regulated facilities. You'll be responsible for producing and coordinating construction documents, collaborating with consultants, and ensuring projects meet California healthcare and building code requirements.

This position offers the opportunity to be involved in all phases of a project, from schematic design through construction administration and project closeout.

Lead construction document production for healthcare and other complex architectural projects.

Ensure compliance with California building codes, Title 24, and HCAI/OSHPD requirements.

Perform quality assurance and quality control reviews to maintain documentation accuracy.

Support project teams through permitting, plan check, and regulatory review processes.

Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and field coordination during construction.

Assist project managers with scheduling, coordination, and project execution.

Participate in project meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Experience working on healthcare, institutional, or other highly regulated project types preferred.

Strong proficiency in Revit and construction document production.

Thorough understanding of California Building Code (CBC), Title 24, and HCAI/OSHPD requirements.
