Leads process improvement or task teams. Partners with the creative design group to deliver packaging components in a timely manner for research and development and packaging system projects. Directs major sections of new package development projects. Utilizes technical expertise, comprehensive work experience, complex and diverse package engineering knowledge to generate valid creative solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading development of new packages, including improvement and cost reduction of existing packages for the Skin Health & Beauty franchise.The individual will be responsible for all required specifications, documentation and package testing to support product release.The individual will be required to work independently with moderate supervision.They will also be expected to take a leadership role with packaging projects and possess the ability to influence and interface with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.This role requires a close interaction with other cross-functional groups including other functions within Research & Development, Marketing, Project Management, Design, Operations, Sourcing, and Regulatory Affairs.This role will require creative problem-solving abilities, sound technical background, and a passion for developing consumer products that delight consumers.Education and Experience RequirementsA minimum of BS degree in Packaging, Engineering or a related Science discipline. 6 years minimum experience in Cosmetic/Personal Care or related industry is required.This position requires knowledge of materials and processes used in construction and manufacturing of packaging such as:Solid understanding of a broad spectrum of packaging materials, structures, components, and related conversion processes.Ability to manage multiple constantly evolving priorities with minimal supervision is required.Experience in package line trials and package testing is preferred.Strong technical writing/documentation skills are needed, along with good communication skills.90.100,00 - $127.200,00This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.Competitive Benefit Package*Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!Learning & Development OpportunitiesKenvuer Impact NetworksThis list could vary based on location/region*Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
