At Ice Cold Air, we take care of people. We’re seeking a skilled Bilingual Automotive Service Advisor (English/Spanish) to join our team and enhance customer experiences while driving operational efficiency. This role combines technical expertise, exceptional communication, and a passion for delivering top-tier service.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication in English and Spanish about vehicle issues, repair processes, and service recommendations.
Provide accurate cost and time estimates, explain technical details in layman’s terms, and handle billing.

3+ years of experience in automotive service advisement, customer service, or related roles.
Foundational knowledge of automotive systems/repairs (ASE certification or technical training is a plus).

Tech Savvy must be able to navigate cellular phones and tablets with ease.
