Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you will provide hands‑on care that supports the comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well‑being of our residents.

Assist residents with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility

Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms

Stock rooms with needed supplies and equipment

Monitor residents and report changes to the nursing team

Maintain accurate documentation

Encourage social interaction and emotional well‑being

Follow all applicable state, local, and federal healthcare regulations

Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Active, unrestricted Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Long‑term care experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Reliable, compassionate, and committed to quality resident care
