We are a national direct lender specializing in Non-QM (DSCR, Bank Statement, 5-10 Unit), VA, and HELOAN products, with access to Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, USDA, 2nds, and more.

We are a consumer direct mortgage company. We invest heavily in marketing and technology so our Loan Officers spend their time consulting and closing, not cold prospecting. Our San Diego team is based in our Banker Hill office, located next to Balboa Park. We invest heavily in Google SEO and PPC to generate high-intent, first-party inbound leads managed through HubSpot. A dedicated operations and underwriting team handles conditions and loan progression — you are not stuck chasing paperwork. Consistent pipeline of inbound and outbound opportunities

Engage with inbound inquiries and follow up diligently via phone, voicemail, text, and email

Consult with clients to understand their financial situation and recommend the right loan product

Maintain accurate CRM activity in HubSpot and manage your pipeline with discipline

Onboarding, Training & Career Path
New Loan Officers complete a structured first month of onboarding and Griffin Funding University (GFU) , including a final assessment. A 90-day probationary period includes regular coaching and clear performance expectations.

Loan Officers who consistently exceed funding standards will be reviewed for promotion to Senior Loan Officer (at the discretion of the VP of Production), unlocking past client leads, Chili Piper appointments, direct ISA transfers, and priority inbound ring group placement.

Company-provided Google SEO and PPC leads via HubSpot

2+ years as a licensed Loan Officer managing leads (preferred)

Non-QM experience strongly preferred (DSCR, Bank Statement, 5-10 unit); Phone-first mentality with urgency, consistency, and strong follow-up habits

Financially sharp — comfortable with debt ratios, credit analysis, and a wide product menu

Treat CRM discipline and client reviews as optional
