As a Security Officer Full Time Entry Screening in Flower Mound, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Screener at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will help maintain a secure environment by screening employees, visitors, and deliveries; monitoring access points; and reporting security-related concerns. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally, and support a welcoming experience. Position Type: Full Time

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and deliveries in accordance with established access-control and screening procedures.
Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following site-specific emergency response procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas, access points, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and report observed concerns.

At least one year of security-related experience is required.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
