Consulting, design, construction management, and project/program management of flood control improvement and maintenance projects in the Central Valley;
Developing analytical skills and knowledge of California flood control systems, reclamation districts, and relevant policies and legislation;
Preparing project designs (plans, specifications, memos, cost estimates), conducting engineering studies, preparing construction documents and calculations, and supporting funding programs;
Drafting detailed reports and presenting technical information to peers and clients, representing MBK at various levels.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in civil, agricultural, environmental, or water resources engineering, hydrology, or a related field from an accredited institution, with 5-10 years of relevant experience. California Professional Engineer registration is required. Performance-based annual bonus;
