We are looking for a full time Physical Therapist to uphold our excellent patient care standards with one-on-one treatments and contribute to our welcoming and collaborative culture. We welcome new grads, and those seeking part or full time work. This position is located in our Mason clinic.

We are looking for a Therapist who can create a patient experience that embodies the Doctors of Physical Therapy vision: to ensure outcomes via evidence- based practice and literature supported treatment which maximizes patient service, quality care, and clinical efficiency.

Perform physical therapy initial evaluations according to APTA standards

• Understand reimbursement standards by insurance carrier and be able to design a clinically superior patient program that allows for heightened patient success.
• o Develop short and long-term goals for patients

o Provide comprehensive therapy treatment to improve patient well-being and return to optimized functionality.

o Consistently report patient progress to referring physicians and other professionals involved in the ongoing treatment of the patient.

o Create and document home exercise plans for patients to improve benefits of physical therapy.

Maintain contemporary knowledge in physical therapy practice through educational workshops, continuing education, etc.

• Communicate with stakeholders in a professional manner including, but not limited to, other health care professionals, insurance companies, third party payers, case managers, etc.
