HR Generalist (Full Time) - Immediate Hiring

Human Resources Coordinator
Assist with recruiting and onboarding of employees including employee orientation and training; ensure that proper new hire paperwork has been completed, including I9 documentation and certifications.

Review safety management implementation and assist with best practice delivery.

Review and maintain employee records and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards; Serve as HR liaison and communication route between field and state offices.

Set up and maintain confidential, sensitive files and records, ensuring efficient retrieval of information; Recruit employees by posting employment ads on the company website, external websites, in newspapers, and through college career services to attract qualified applicants. Assist with paperwork required for job and salary changes, R&R bonuses, and LOA.

Refer employee relations issues to HR Business Partner and keep immediate supervisor informed as appropriate.

Assist with performance review process as needed. Comply with HR policies and practices, referring questions to immediate supervisor.

Assist management in developing new databases for tracking and recording events/programs; High school diploma or equivalent.

Must be able to discreetly handle confidential information and data.
