Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a member of the Divine Steps Therapy management team and is responsible for clinical oversight of behavioral services for individuals with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Part Time Pay $100.00 Per billable hour.

Full Time Pay $100,000 Salary (+Bonus structure).

Our purpose and focus is to provide quality over quantity, and encourage a supportive environment for our Clinicians, RBTs, clients, and families. Responsibilities And Duties Administers, conducts, evaluates and supervises the implementation of the treatment plan.

Develops individualized goals and objectives for in-home programs and designs treatment plans based on functional assessment data.

Ongoing program oversight and weekly on-site/remote supervision of RBTs.

Provide quality parent training on a monthly basis

Ensure billing, notes, and reports are conducted in a timely manner

Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co- workers, supervisors, and community members

Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
