As a Float Health nurse, you'll provide one-on-one specialty infusion care in patients' homes, including:
Monitoring patients throughout treatment
Delivering safe, efficient, compassionate nursing care
Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license; Proof of nursing liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage during onboarding
~3+ years of hospital-based nursing experience OR home infusion/infusion center experience
Oncology
Emergency Department
ICU / Critical Care
Hematology
Infectious Disease
Home Health
