Position: Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist

Location: NovaCare in Mitchellville, MD

Compensation: $83,000 - $105,000

Incentives: Indefinite loan assistance and a $10,000 sign‑on bonus available

We welcome new graduate physical therapists and offer on‑site mentorship from experienced clinicians. Our team averages 10-12 patients per day, with 60‑minute evaluations and 45‑minute treatment sessions, allowing for meaningful, personalized care.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, with two evenings per week, treating from 10 AM until 7 PM (last patient scheduled one hour prior).

Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations

Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients

Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third‑party payors

Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school

Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice

CPR certification
