Registered Nurse (RN) - Shift Care

Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg
Shift: 1845-0715, every other weekend off.
Assignment Details
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Contract Weeks: 13
Requirements

Current Washington State or Multi-state license
Approved 6-hour suicide training
Verification of demographics from Nursys
Current BLS, ACLS and NIHSS certifications
Knowledge of Meditech is helpful but not required
Must be a team player and willing to float to other departments as needed
Responsibilities

Provide patient care according to established standards and practices
Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document patient information accurately and timely
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health management
Compliance / Notes
RTO must be approved and added to the end of the contract. Additional housing options are available.
