Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care and assist in the rehabilitation of patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a passion for helping patients achieve their functional goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist in accordance with patients’ needs and goals.
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
Monitor and document patient progress, response to treatment, and report findings to the supervising Physical Therapist.
Educate patients and caregivers on proper exercise techniques, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation in compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care plans and optimize outcomes.
Ensure a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment.
Adhere to professional standards, clinic policies, and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:
Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required (new grads welcome to apply).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Working Conditions:
