Registered Dietitian
At Brookside Commons, our mission is to provide exceptional healthcare services to our community, and we're seeking a talented Registered Dietitian to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Dietitian with Brookside Commons, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our patients by providing expert nutrition guidance and care.
Design and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients with various medical conditions, including diabetes, heart disease, and obesity
Conduct nutrition assessments and counseling sessions with patients and their families
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement evidence-based nutrition therapy plans
Develop and maintain accurate and complete patient records, including nutrition plans, assessments, and progress notes
Stay current with the latest research and guidelines in nutrition and dietetics to ensure optimal patient care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and hospital processes
About the Role: As a Registered Dietitian with Brookside Commons, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for providing expert nutrition guidance and care to patients with a variety of medical conditions, and will have the opportunity to make a real difference in their lives.
Must be a registered dietitian with a degree from an accredited program in dietetics or a related field
Must have a current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
Must have a strong understanding of nutrition and dietetics principles and practices
Must be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
