At Roosters, we're more than just great food — we're a team, a family, a flock. Many of our managers started right where you could — as hourly team members.
We're hiring Hosts/Hostesses to be the friendly faces that welcome every guest!
As a Roosters Host/Hostess, you'll be the first and last impression our guests have, making every visit memorable:
Answer phones and take carry-out orders
Support servers by running food and bussing tables
Provide a positive, memorable dining experience through excellent customer service
Follow all standards, policies, and procedures — including conduct, etiquette, dress code, and menu knowledge
You'll keep the front of the house running smoothly while ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
No Experience? Through our Passport Program, you'll receive:
Paid, hands-on training with guidance from our Certified Wingman Trainers
No experience necessary (we'll teach you everything!)
Team player who loves greeting guests and helping the restaurant run smoothly
