Weekend Maintenance Person

Are you ready to start building a rewarding future? Reporting directly to the site superintendent, candidates will communicate production requirements and maintenance needs. This role involves performing a variety of laboring duties within an aggregate plant, including assisting in plant maintenance and compiling reports on production and maintenance.
Execute a wide range of laboring duties within an Aggregate Plant.

• Assist in plant maintenance and compile reports on plant production and maintenance.
• Conduct daily post-inspections and complete Risk assessment forms.
• Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) consistently.
• Be open to potential night work.

• Demonstrated good performance, safety, and attendance.
• Willingness to work and communicate effectively with supervisors, truck drivers, and fellow employees.
• Ability to maintain compliance with MSHA, OSHA, and all other company policies or government state rules and regulations.
• Safe and professional operation of equipment.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required, despite the daytime shift nature.
• Training will be provided as needed.

This position offers a Union rate of $31.19-$33.19 per hour.
