Diversified Maintenance is hiring an Onboarding Specialist. The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for supporting management of a high profile customer with various hiring and administrative duties. The Onboarding Specialist will support the completion of pre-assignment requirements, collection of required employment documents and certification validations, and, when needed, provide assistance with screening and interviewing activities to support the operation

PAY RATE: $21.00 per hour
Weekly Pay
Application of any state required license training

Work closely with Project Manager to evaluate hiring needs and ensure recruiting activities support for location hiring needs
Utilize iCIMS recruiting software to process new applicants
Attend periodic relevant recruitment activities, such as job fairs, recruitment programs, etc. Develop and maintain relationships with local recruitment locations
Assist with applicant tracking and with generating hiring reports
Manage all new hire WinTeam entry, including new hire set up and personnel data
Print badges for new hire employees
Coordinate with Payroll to ensure changes are completed properly; Process weekly reports for account management
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year of administrative, human resources, employee onboarding, and/or classroom instructor experience
Prior work experience in a fast-paced administrative environment
Must be highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology
Associate's degree or higher in Education, Business, Criminal Justice, Human Resources, Security Management, or a closely related field
Prior Human Resources or Recruiting experience in a service industry business
Work experience conducting applicant sourcing, interviewing job applicants, and conducting employee onboarding in a high-volume setting
