Guest Service Team Member

As a Guest Service Team Member, you will provide friendly, efficient service while helping guests enjoy high-quality food and a welcoming atmosphere. In this role, you will take orders, prepare guest orders, maintain a clean dining environment, and work closely with your team to deliver excellent customer service every day.
Deliver Friendly Guest Service

Greet every guest with a smile and acknowledge them promptly upon arrival.
Take customer orders quickly and accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Provide helpful menu information and answer questions about products and specials.
Use suggestive selling techniques to recommend menu items, beverages, or add-ons that enhance the guest's meal.
Thank guests sincerely for their visit and invite them to return.
Process Orders and Payments

Enter orders into the POS system accurately to ensure correct food preparation.
Accept cash or other payment methods and provide accurate change.
Maintain attention to detail when handling transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Prepare and Deliver Quality Orders

Assemble guest orders carefully, ensuring all food items, condiments, and requested service items are included.
Verify that every order meets quality standards before it is served to the guest.
Deliver orders in a timely manner while meeting designated service time goals.
Maintain a Clean and Welcoming Environment

Keep the sales and service areas clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
Clean and restock the beverage station, including cups, lids, ice, and drink supplies.
Wipe down dining room tables and seating areas to maintain a comfortable space for guests.
Clean and restock restrooms regularly to ensure a sanitary environment.
Sweep and mop dining room and restroom floors frequently and respond quickly to spills or messes.
Support Team Operations

Assist other team members with tasks during busy periods to ensure smooth service.
Restock supplies, condiments, and service items as needed throughout the shift.
Communicate effectively with management and coworkers to maintain efficient operations.
Maintain Professionalism and Safety Standards

Maintain a positive, cooperative, and respectful relationship with management and fellow team members.
Follow company dress code and grooming standards to present a professional appearance.
Adhere to all sanitation, food safety, and security policies and procedures.
Help maintain a safe environment for guests and employees at all times.
